The fans are grouped as axial fan (axial fan) and radial fan (centrifuge) depending on the direction of air flow through the impeller.
Radial fans create a pressure difference. As a result of this effect, the effect of the air is not in the axial direction and it functions in the direction of the centrifugal force (centrifugal).
These fans also have a rotating impeller and a spiral housing in which the wheel is located. The air or gas enters from the center parallel to the axis, pressurized and tangential to the circumference of the impeller.
These fans are mostly used in industrial dust collecting systems and cooling systems. Radial fans are divided into 4 parts;
Non-skid type; is used for high-pressure air-conditioning systems and industrial factories for transporting materials.
forward inclined wing type; is used in low pressure ventilation systems.
Backward-wing type; are used as general ventilation systems in factories or plants at workplaces.
Aerodynamic wing type; these fans are used in general ventilation systems as well as in large air flow rates.
