Jet Pulse Bag Filter
The filter-operated filter principle is automatically self-cleaning bag filters. Each filter bag is shaken and cleaned periodically at a high pressure air jet coming from a compressed air tank.
The pressure blast air is distributed to each filter bag row by means of a diaphragm valve and blowing tube equipped with hollow nozzles. High pressure air reverse flow temporarily stops the normal flow and creates a shock wave that will steal the dust from each bag surface. A certain percentage of the powder cake falls from the bag to the filter dust collection chamber.
