Impact Crushers

Primary Impact Crushers are the crushers that provide high-grade reduction ratios and breakage of the medium hardness and low abrasive materials in the primary stage.
In practice, it is used in primary and secondary stages, especially in primary applications, due to the high proportion of fine material produced by jaw crushers, thus reducing the secondary burden of crumple and even without some applications.

Capacity is given according to the medium hardness. (Bulk density 1.6 t / m3)

The capacity figures given in the table above are approximate to give the dry and clean limestone with a density of 1600 kg / m³ to give an idea of the quantities expected to be produced by the crushers if they are fed into the crushing chamber in maximum dimensions without any difficulty. These quantities vary depending on the correct selection and operation of other suitable equipment such as feeders, conveyors, and proper feeding.
